The Concentric Envelope

LAYER 1 — IDEA MODEL · [EXO]
The permeable outer membrane. Servers wait in stasis; an act of participant initiative is the cause that makes an observer node witness and hold an agreement phase-locked.

LAYER 2 — LOGICAL MODELS
The operational interior: the three experience pillars — OX, SX, CX — bridged by the 2-bit bus and the synthetic agreement OX · CX.

LAYER 3 — COMPLEX THEORY · [ENDO]
The frozen causal nucleus. A 4×21 NodeMatrix (8:5:8), VDF strata Z=100→400, and the Z=500 Causal ALU. Immutable — accountability never decays here.

The 2-bit bus & the mutual observer lock

1 = O + C + E — between the organic substrate (people & organizations) and the technical substrate (compute · network · storage):

O · Observable — state made seeable — forward, pro-causal.
C · Communicable — state made sayable — forward, pro-causal.
E · Effectual — the anti-causal return that locks the loop. The participant's physical act is the E — the term no single technical pillar can generate.

Grant = Node Verification ∧ Code Claim

Keyhole 1 — node verification: attested & un-bricked? The Federation Root Handshake A0.
Keyhole 2 — code claim: matches a CX moment-key seal on mldata?
Both turn → the applied synthetic agreement: the capability activates on the node.
If trust decays or code drifts → a synthetic-agreement breach; the floor is acceptance revocation.

The crucial distinction: local execution is not killed or shut down. The rest of the network simply stops accepting the node's outputs as verified.

RACI trust dissipation & root recession

The built-in 2:1 decay engine — a single root exists solely to be dissipated. Bootstrap: the Root OX holds R · A · C; a joining node starts at I. RAC → I — root recession. Matured: the Root OX rests at I; the autonomous node holds R · A · C.

A — Accountable: the code-sealing persona; the permanent golden anchor on mldata. Never decays.
R — Responsible: the node operator; a fading aura.
C — Consulted: the superadmin; flickers, needs re-grounding.
I — Informed: participants reading the public registry state.

Decay checkpoints — (24,25) · (35,36) · (48,49). And the value of a node (a server, an experiment, a participant or a dataset): it is accounted to have a baseline existent value, or it loses its matters of account over time; it is known to have value where it is observed to remain responsible via effect and verifiability; it is believed to have value via the communicable exchange of value with other nodes, experiments or datasets; it is granted value in good faith by remaining informative, so that nodes may be or become informed over time.

KNOWING — OX: observation & witnessing. The node that holds an agreement phase-locked; live servers, federation, portals.
BEING — SX: human governance: intent, accords, persona constructs. The dynamic [EXO] membrane where standing decays.
COMPUTING — CX: code, seals, moment-keys on frozen [ENDO] physics. What is sealed is durable; what is agreed can dissipate.
